This procurement is to acquire the necessary services to furnish armed security guards ''round the clock'', four guards per eight hour shift at East River North Apartments, 441 East 117th St. and 426-434 East 118th St., New York, NY. Contract term is for one year with two additional one year options to renew. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for Mar. 12,1996 at 10:00am, Room 305B at 26 Federal Plaza, New York. Contractor must be licensed by the New York State Dept. of State to perform security guard services. Copy of the license must be submitted with the proposal. Proposal shall be evaluated by a Technical Panel and shall feature a management plan for method of securing the property and for supervision of employees. Demonstrated past experience in performing such services shall also be a major area of consideration . This is a total small business set aside. The size standard is $9,000,000.00.
