Study and Report, Municipal Solid Waste Characterization (MSW). Analyze the quantity and composition of Eglin AFB MSW stream by sampling, sorting and weighting individual components to determine how much MSW is generated, recycled, combusted and disposed of in landfills by materials. Materials are defined as follows: Durable goods, nondurable goods, containers and packaging, other wastes. There are approximately 361 dumpsters, trash compactors, and cans, 45 recycling dumpsters, 2334 housing units, 226 mobile home spaces, and 33 playgrounds from which MSW is collected. This is a 100% small business set aside with SIC code 8734. Applicable size standard is a firm, including its affiliates, with average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.
