The following is a summary of work for the project located at the fuel storage complex at Luke AFB AZ. The project shall include but not limited to: Isolation Valves. Install two (2) valves in underground vault between storage tanks and dispensing equipment. Dike Liners and Cathodic Protection. Install membrane in retention area around storage tanks, provide new concrete drivers and install new underground anodes at the existing cathodic protection system. Repair Tank Seals. Replace seals and all relocated components at the floating lid at two (2) storage tanks. Replace roof drain and piping. Install high level cut off switches. Switches, alarms and valves are to be installed at the two (2) storage tanks to shut off delivery to tanks from underground pipeline when tanks are full. This proposed acquisition will be a firm-fixed priced contract. Estimated price range for work is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Bid documents including plans and specifications are expected to be available on or about 29 FEB 96. SIC 1799 applies. This is a unrestricted solicitation.
