The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington intends to purchase tugboat services with tug boat (Qty. 1) and crew (Qty. 4) to dock and unlock various classes of ships and move barges around the pier area for service 24 hous per day 365 days per year. Services are to be performed between the southern branch Elizabeth river and Naval Station Norfolk in Norfolk, VA. The contract period is for one (1) base year and two (2) option years.
