The contract will be awarded for the El Paso area to include the following countries: El Paso, Hudspeth, Culberson, Jeff Davis, Brewster, and Presidio. A closing office shall be established in El Paso. All contracts will be issued for a basic contract period of one year with two (2) one year option periods. This will be an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may request a solicitation by letter directed to the above address. Telephone requests for solicitations will NOT be accepted. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 29, 1996. Response to the solicitation will be due approximately April 2, 1996.
