Provide all labor, material and equipment required for the Traffic Signal Light Installation at the USPS Owned Hartsdale, New York - Main Office, located at 441 Central Park Avenue, Hartsdale, NY 10530-9998, in Westchester County. Work will include, but not be limited to installation of traffic signal light and modifications to the driveway and parking areas. For installation of the traffic signal light, the successful contractor is mandated to use approved contractor from the ``List of Traffic Signal Contracts''. Cost range is $180,000.00 to $210,000.00. The successful Contractor will be a General Contractor. Construction Time is 150 calendar days.
