Service-Washington has a requirement for a contractor to provide
consultant forensic toxicology services to the United States Army. The
contractor shall (1) Inspect and evaluate forensic toxicology drug
testing laboratories (FTDTLs) that support the Army biochemical testing
program; (2) Inspect and evaluate Army pre-screening (field testing)
operations; (3) Provide consultant services to the Army in support of
inspections and recommendations. The contractor must have no
contractual, employment, or other relationships (outside the scope of
the conract) with any element/organization component of the Army
biochemical testing program, to include forensic toxicology drug
testing laboratories that support the Army biochemical testing program,
and any Army Installation Alchohol and Drug Abuse Prevention program
element wordwide. The performance period is for a base year (1 Oct 1996
through 30 Sep 1997) with four (4) option years. This project is a 100%
