The sole source contract is for maintenance of GE Advantex X-Ray machines located at the Naval Hospital in Bethesda, MD. The modification is to add maintenance of a G.E. SFX30 Advantex Floro System, PESS #01-14571, System ID #301295RF5, Bio-Maintenance #00168M60457. Maintenance is in accordance with subject contract and G.E.'s standard commercial maintenance plans.
