Services: Provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide for the high pressure hot water, and manual scraping required for the cleanup of a large hydro powerplant station's drainage sump at the Garrison Power Plant in Riverdale, ND. The subject sump is fouled with grease, oil, and mineral deposits and is approximately 356 feet long, 13 feet wide and varies from 7 to 29 feet high. Sump is equipped with pumps, piping, and valves that are also to be cleaned. No hazardous wastes have been found. Extensive confined area safety precautions and ventilation will be required. Proper waste disposal will also be required. Bids will be issued on or about 19 February 1996 and opened on or about 20 March 1996.
