The project consists of all work necessary to provide safe, structurally sufficient repairs including metal siding, electrical, and mechanical work to return twelve (12) door panels to full door operation. Repair and reset fallen door panel including strengthening, provide new structural steel wind girts in all door panels between existing girts, inspect and repair all existing door panel welds, repair door panel electrical wiring, distribution, and mechanical controls to include their proper/safe operation during wet conditions when the doors are open, paint repaired work including surface preparation and prime and provide ``deadman power control'' or clutching device to stop the doors during power outage. One job, Project YTPM 95-0115. Bid issue on or about 04 March 1996. Bid opening on or about 03 April 1996. Performance period will be 75 calendar days.
