The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, parts, materials, and supervision necessary to proform collection, transportation, waste reduction, disposal and manifesting various types of biomedical and hazardous waste and include training of government personnel at Naval Medical Center and other military activities in San Diego California. This is a reqest for proposal (RFP). Provide all services in the specification by means of a Firm Fixed Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. Period of Performance is for a base year and three option years. Proposal will not be mailed to firms within a twenty mile radius of the issuing office.
