Ryan, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to procure through sole source negotiation a FY 96/97 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract, estimated total value $9.9 million. This contract will be for technical engineering services to perform analysis, modification, test, and intergration support of TOMAHAWK Command and Control Systems (TC2S), including Mission/Tactical Data Distribution System (M/TDDS), Mission Display System (MDS), Generic Front-End Communications Processor (GFCP), Tactical Configuration Control Network (TCCN), and Advanced Tactical Workstations (ATWs). This effort will include tasks in the areas of Joint-Over-The Horizon (OTH) Targeting, USN OTH-Targeting, and TOMAHAWK Command and Control Systems (TC2S). This requirement will be procured under Contract N00019-96-D-0076 with Tiburon Systems, Incorporated (TSI), 1290 Parkmoor Avenue, San Jose, California, 95126. TSI is the sole source designer, developer and producer of the subject TOMAHAWK Command and Control Systems (TC2S). As such, TSI is the only source possessing the unique knowledge, experience, and technical data which is required to perform the described effort in the required time frame.- NAVAIR Synopsis No. 40014-96.
