Bergstralh, 202/358-0313, Code SLC The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) is interested in receiving proposals under a NASA Research Announcement (NRA 96-OSS-05) for basic research in the areas of: Planetary Astronomy, ground-based telescopic observations that contribute to the understanding of solar system bodies; and Planetary Atmospheres, studies of the neutral and ionized atmospheres of solar system bodies.
