Provide all necessary labor, transportation, equipment, materials, tools, supplies, and supervision to perform inspections, testing, maintenance, repair and component replacement as required to maintain elevator equipment systems in accordance with the manufacturer's original specifications and the statement of work. Equipment systems covered include passenger cable elevators, freight hydraulic elevators, and dumbwaiters. Period of performance will be 01 April 1996 through 30 September 1996. This specification contains four (4) twelve (12) month option periods to be executed by the Government if found to be in the Government's best interest.
