Computer and Switchboard Operational Support Services to be performed onsite at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD. Operational services to be performed on a variety of equipment platforms such as terminals, personal computers, telephone switchboard devices, micro and mini computers, and computer peripheral devices. Labor categories will include a program manager, computer aids, computer operators, software media librarian and switchboard operators. Estimated start date will be 1 August 1996 for one base year and four one year options. Approximate level of effort per year is 51,000 hours. The planned release date for the solicitation is February 23, 1996.
