The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement for operations and maintenance services for the new Earth Science/Library building (McKelvey Building) and adjacent buildings at its Western Region Center in Menlo Park, CA. Contractor will provide management, supervision, labor, equipment, and materials/supplies. The overall operations and maintenance contracts will include repair of mechanical systems and equipment. Services will also include preventive maintenance, inspections and tours as appropriate, and emergency repairs and service calls on a 24-hour basis. A two day site tour will be conducted as outlined in the RFP. The procurement will be for one base year, with four (4) one-year options. Contract type: Firm, Fixed Price/Time and Materials. Bid guarantee and performance bond required. A $25.00 (approximate) charge is required for each set of solicitation documents, plus postage.
