Maintenance of Simulators (CMS) services with full supply support are
to be performed on the ''E-6A Training Devices'' located at Tinker AFB,
OK. This requirement was originally synopsised in CBD issue PSA-1377
dated 28 June 1995 and was modified in CBD Issue no. PSA-1460, dated 26
October 1995. The requirement was published as a negotiated technically
acceptable low price acquisition under ''RFP'' number N61339-95-R-0075.
This modification revises the procurement strategy to a ''Two-Step
Sealed Bid'' acquisition. The effort consists of one 2 month
mobilization period estimated to commence on 1 October 1996 through 31
November 1996, and one 10 month CMS requirement, commencing 1 December
1996 through 30 September 1996. There will be three, 12 month options
of CMS support, and one 10 month option of CMS support and a 2 month
Transition. The pre-proposal site conference is scheduled to be held on
or about 11 March 1996. Visit requests for no more than two persons
must be received by 1 March 1996. Visit requests should be sent in
