Concerns having the ability for providing Residential Community Corrections services for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in Eastern District of New York the counties of Nassau and Suffolk only. Estimated total number of mandays is 14,619 for the base period, 7,665 mandays for option one, 8,030 mandays for option two, and 8,395 for option three. The estimated RFP issue date is o/a February 21, 1996. The estimated closing date is o/a April 22, 1996. Contract base period is 24 months with three one-year options to renew. A requirement-type quantity contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this Agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
