Singleton,21 5/656-6105 Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the Roof Rehabilitation at the William S. Moorhead Federal Building in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The project will consist of demolition, removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing roofing system. Installation of a new torched-down modified bitumen roof system on all surfaces, replacement of all flashing, repair and reflashing of all roof penetrations and replacement of all satellite roof pads to be compatible with the new roof surfaces. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: There are several satellite dishes on the roof which must stay in operation during the roof replacement. Accomplishing this task will be part of the work of the contractor. This solicitation is being solicited under full and open competition under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
