Sources will be required to meet the requirements and supply test reports as required by GSA specification FCNE 87-441a, dated October 25, 1990, covering furniture systems. Test requirements can be obtained from GSA, FSS, 3FNS, 1941 Jefferson Davis Hwy., room 403 Arlington, VA 22202 or by calling Jackie Swayne on (703) 305-6059. Contractors on Federal supply schedule 71, part II, sectione, furniture systems, will automatically be contacted and need not respond. Sources must have Commercial product line available and will be required to perform product and demonstration. Responses not received by the closing date will not be considered for this acquisition. The furniture system is based oninterconnecting, structural panels as a central, inergrating element. In addition to the panels, the systems shall include panel supported storage, task management devices, electrical and wire management components and panel supported worksurfaces.
