Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete a construction project to Repair Steamlines at McChord AFB Washington. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: (1) Disposal of excess materials, demolition, and asbestos abatement; (2) Excavation, trenching, and earthwork; (3) New concrete curbs, sidewalks, and gutters; (4) Asphalt concrete paving; (5) Sodding of excavation areas; (6) Underground and concealed steam and condensate return systems; (7) Insulation of piping systems; and (8) Cast in place concrete structures. The magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. Solicitation is expected to issue on or about 17 January 1996 with a bid opening date projected to be on or about 16 February 1996. This solicitation is unrestricted. The applicable Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1623 with an average annual gross revenue of $17 million for the last three (3) fiscal years.
