This project contains approximately 75,000 SY of parking lot work and approximately 15 miles of roads. The work consists of a combination of reconstruction,overlay,and seal coat work of parking areas, roads,and the associated drainage construction. Some of the work will be done in identified SWMU (Solid Waste Management Units) areas. This project also contains some railroad crossing work within the railway limits. This work will also include landscaping, site utility relocation, traffic signage, and pavement markings. Estimated cost range of the project is from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. An advanced non refundable fee of $125.00 (half size) and $160.00 (full size) is required for each set of specifications.
