but is not limited to the following: 1) Physical disconnection,
removal and temporary storage of all equipment and items to be reused
in the new building. 2) Physical disconnection of all utilities as
deemed necessary. 3) Remove existing shelter and install new shelter on
existing foundation. 4) Install a new building, equipment and antenna
grounding counterpoise and lightning protection system. 5) Reconnect
all utilities and remount/reconnect removed equipment. 6)
Repair/regrade access road and plot around new shelter as necessary.
The estimated price of this project is under $100,000.00 The SIC code
is 1542. This procurement is open to both large and small businesses.

of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU), has programs
to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises
to acquire short-term working capital and bonding assistance for
transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any eligible
prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program
enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to
$1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond
amount to surety against losses. Loans are also available under the DOT
Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $500,000.
