Check Stock with safety features. Delivery for items will be to Los Angeles, California, 90054. Planned specifications and volumes are anticipated as follows: 1.) MEDPARD Directory - 17'' x 11'' folds to 8 1/2'' x 11'', number of area directories is 12, minimum page count of 30 to maximum of 140 pages per directory (900 total pages), total number of directories distributed is 33,000. 2.) Medicare envelopes 4 1/2'' x 9 1/2'' clear 1'' x 3'' transparent window with printed return address and TOLIC logo, 12 month supply estimated at 8,000,000 with monthly deliveries of approximate 670,000. 3.) Check Stock with safety features utilizing 25# Toner Grip Paper, 12 month supply estimated at 1,890,000 checks with monthly deliveries of 157,500.
