Non-personal services to support the test and evaluation mission of the US Army TEXCOM Experimentation Center. The primary place of performance will be at Fort Hunter Liggett, CA. The contractor will be required to provide personnel to staff and operate a Scientific Support Laboratory (SSL) to perform the following major functions: Test and Experimentation Planning and Operations: Engineering, Fabrication, Installation, Removal and Maintenance of Test Instrumentation; Administrative and Instrumentation Computer Support Services. Contractor tasks will include, but are not limited to, the following: provide technical analysis and recommendations for programmed test methodologies, data and resource requirements, data collection, reduction, analysis, documentation and reporting, operate a computer based Data Management Center; operate a computer based Data Management Center, and provide installation, software engineering, operation and maintenance of the TEC Automated Support Network System. Period of performance will be from 1 Oct 96 through 30 Sep 97 with provisions for four one year options. The approximate issue date of the RFP is 31 Jan 96.
