Effort is limited to: Banquet Kitchen, Diswashing Room, ''California'' Dining Room and Service Hallway. At Kitchen/Dishwashing Area: Demolition of existing wall tile and replace with new title, relocate exposed electrical wiring, patch/clean existing tile floor, repair/repaint ceiling and replace light fixtures, replace kitchen shelves, replace dishwasher exhaust hood, replace electrical connections in Dining Room for portable serving table, replace kitchen swinging doors. At outside off Hallway install two new walk-in freezers to be enclosed and utility supported. The award of this project is subject to availability of funds for FY-96 projects. Responders are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled or revised at any time during the solicitation, selection, evaluation, negotiation and/or final award process. The bidder's attention is directed to Section 00100 in the solicitation for information regarding the tour of the site. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1542. The size standard for this SIC code is: $17.0. Estimated cost is between $250,000 and $500,000. Plans and specifications available on or about 30 Jan 96.
