This project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, interior and exterior renovations, including but not limited to the following: demolition of partitions, ceilings, architectural finishes, doors and windows and replacement with new components as indicated on the drawings. All existing HVAC equipment, piping and ductwork will be reworked, as will existing electric service; lighting and distribution. In addition, a new brick veneer and a metal roof will be added to the exterior. All responsive sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. Performance period is 300 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $1 million and $5 million.
