PRE-QUALIFICATION CONFERENCE DISC will be hosting a Pre-Qualification Conference for the establishment of a ``Qualified Manufacturers/Suppliers Listing'' (QML/QSL) for Blind Aerospace Rivets in stock class 5320. The qualification criteria and the provisions governing qualification will be discussed at this conference. The conference will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., Eastern Standard Time, in the DISC auditorium, Bldg 4A, on February 13, 1996. Admission is open to all interested persons at no cost. Visitors must register with the security office in Building 16, Main Gate, prior to admission. DISC is located in northest Philadelphia on the Naval Inventory Control Point (NICP) Compound, formerly ASO, 700 Robbins Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19111. Those wanting to attend should notify C.
