The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for management, engineering, technical, operational, maintenance and documentation services in support of NRL's research, development, test and evaluation (RDT&E) flight programs involving the NP-3D aircraft. The requirement will support the development, installation, testing, operation, maintenance, calibration and removal of simulators and electronic warfare (EW) support equipment utilized with the NRL airborne platforms. Technical and engineering expertise and specialized experience in EW, simulation, decoy and deception systems is required. A detailed Statement of Work will be issued with the solicitation.
