MK Ferguson Company (MK-F), is currently performing work under a Department of Energy Prime Contract at the Weldon Spring Site Remedial Action Project (WSSRAP) located in St. Charles, Missouri. Qualified sources are being sought for the supply of several types of process equipment to be used in the construction of a Chemical Stabilization/Solidification Plant (CSS). Interested qualified parties should have the ability to construct equipment in accordance with hard specifications and stringent quality control procedures. Following is a brief description of the general types of equipment anticipated to be required under these procurement actions: (21) METERING PUMPS: Two low volume metering pumps to transfer liquid polymer material with a viscosity of up to 3,000 Cp. Flow rate ranges from nine to 22 gph. Estimated value is over $10K. (SIC 3561). Only full proposals will be accepted for the entire numbered package. It is anticipated that award will be in the form of a firm fixed price purchase order. This procurement action is set aside for small business, and suppliers should note in their letter of interest that they are a small business as it relates to the procurement package they are requesting.
