The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division China Lake, CA intends to procure a Passive Surveillance Radar (PSR) prototype. The PSR is a bistatic radar sensor intended for tracking of both sea and airborne targets from ground, sea-going or airborne platforms, operating with low-gain omni-directional antenna. It is not the intent of the Government to undertake a major research and development effort for the PSR unit. The solicitation includes CLASSIFIED (Secret) specifications which will be provided only to those contractors providing appropriate security clearances with their requests for the solicitation. No award will be made to Foreign or Foreign-owned contractors. A facility clearance and appropriate security clearances will be requried for award.
