Description of Work: Construct Phase 1A of a new staging complex. Work includes the construction of a passenger building parachute rigging/ammo holding facility for the Initial Ready Company (IRC), jump prep mockups and parachute landing platform. This project also includes the relocation of Rifle Range Road and Hurst Drive. Construction of a grenade range is also included. Supporting facilities include all utilities, communications, paving, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, security lighting and fencing. Network Analysis System will be required.
