Project generally consists of, but is not limited to the following: 1) Remove existing rooftop HVAC unit, ductwork, grille, controls, roofcurb, and flashing material. 2) Relocation and/or removal of framing members for new HVAC opening and repairing existing opening with metal roof deck. 3) Furnish and install new rooftop HVAC system, which includes all ductwork, electrical work, roofcurb, flashing, grilles, controls, etc. 4) Furnish and install new roofing over unused portion of existing roof opening (See item #2 above). 5) Removal of three existing thru-the-wall cabinet HVAC units. 6) Furnish and install three new thru-the-wall cabinet heat pump HVAC units.
