Project involves: renovate the U.S. Marshall's space located on the 3rd floor, which measures approximately 1,400 square feet. Provide new cell blocks, interview rooms, office space, vault, sallyport, and equipment room. Project shall require new walls, carpet, ductwork extension, new dropped ceiling and light fixtures, new electrical and telephone outlets. Any contractor or subcontractor performing asbestos or other hazardous material work shall satisfy special responsibility and shall provide bodily injury liability insurance coverage written on the comprehensive form of policy of at least $500,000 per occurrence. Such coverage must encompass liabilities arising from work with hazardous materials involved. The Government will not indemnify against such risks.
