This is an indefinite quantity contract for miscellaneous minor construction alterations, maintenance, repair and other incidental related work on U.S. Coast Guard Facilities located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The work involves various construction trades to perform work, including but is not limited to site work, concrete, masonry, metal, wood, doors and windows, finishes, thermal and moisture protection, mechanical, electrical, roofing and special construction. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation and all other incidental items to meet the requirements of work orders issued by the Contracting Officer. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $50,000 and $1,000,000. This procurement is issued pursuant to the small business competitiveness demonstration program. The performance period is 365 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed or until the maximum dollar amount of the contract is reached.
