includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services
necessary for construction of a new Main Post Office in Enterprise, AL
on a site located on Glover Avenue, Enterprise, AL. The building will
have approximately 21,185 cross SF of floor space with approximately
819 SF of covered exterior area. Some of the building features are
steel frame construction with brick veneer, modified bitumen roofing,
site work, utilities, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, paving,
carpentry, painting, and other work associated with postal
construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,500,000
and $2,150,000 with completion within 330 calendar days after receipt
of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation institutions and conditions and
other contract documents may be examined at the Facilities Service
Office, USPS, Suite 300, 4000 DeKalb Technology Pkwy., Atlanta, GA
30340-2799 and most nearby plan rooms. Copies of the complete
