This is a combination firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform calibration and incidental repairs of the Cipolletti, Magnetic and Venturi Tube flow measuring systems at the Water Reclamation Facility. The term of the contract will be a 12 month base period plus four option years. If the Government cannot award a follow-on contract in time, the Government has the option to extend performance of this contract up to 6 months. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. We will include information about the current contract and the incumbent contractor with the solicitation package. We do not require requests under the Freedom of Information Act to provide this general information.
