Hughes is the designer, developer, and sole manufacturer of the TTGS and is therefore the only source with the requisite knowledge necessary to provide the services within the timeframe required. As well, the complete, accurate and fully validated data package for the TTGS system is currently available only to Hughes Aircraft Systems International.
