THOMSETT, (704)298-2067 Contractor to provide a minimum five-year lease of a Prescription Bottle Filler System, including installation, which shall interface with the medical center Decentralized Hospital Computer Program (DHCP) Outpatient Pharmacy Version 6.0. The contractor shall furnish sufficient equipment, software, ancillary items and accessories to make a complete working system. The system shall process a minimum of 120 prescriptions per hour, and shall include four filling modules, barcode scanners, software updates, bottle feeders for two sizes of bottles, one labeler which prints barcode and text by thermal transfer, canister configuration designed to support a minimum of two canisters per medication, robotic conveyance system to move bottles through automated process, one capping device and feeder, for child-resistant cap placement, computer for control software, barcode network, including scanners and diagnostic monitors, prescription accumulation support system, patient order totes, and an exit conveyor to order checking areas. Contractor is responsible for visitng the site of installation, surveying power and other utility requirements, room dimensions and other physical characteristics of the room, and providing the contracting officer complete layout plans.
