All offerors interested are invited to participate in this procurement. The general work requirements are: the contractor shall provide daytime custodial services to include cleaning up spills or items of broken merchandise, or other unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the Commissary entrance, exit, front end, and sales floor areas; policing such as sweeping and mopping sales floor areas entrances, vestibules, exit and front end; spot cleaning entrance, vestibule, ID, cart storage, exit, front end, and sales floors resulting from inclement weather such as rainy days and typhoons. Emergency cleaning shall be accomplished on as required basis. Additionally, the Contractor shall provide, within 5 minutes of notification by the Government, limited daytime custodial services which consist of clean-up of spills or items of broken merchandise or spot cleaning of floors as a result of inclement weather. The contract term will be for a base and four option periods of up to 12 months each with prices established at award. The Government has the unilateral right to exercise options, but award of options in not guaranteed. The duration of the contract including the exercise of options shall not exceed 66 months.
