18 -- SPACE FLIGHT OPERATIONS CONTRACT SOL RFP 8-SSP-SEB POC Contact Mr. Walker Lee Evey/GP12SB/SSR/Attn: Space Flight Operations Contract MODIFICATION -- In a synopsis which appeared on November 15, 1995, it was announced that NASA will pursue a non-competitive contract with United Space Alliance (a joint venture formed by Rockwell International and Lockheed Martin Corporation) for the Space Flight Operations Contract (SFOC). Opportunities to use the Vendor Library (located at MFSC in Room 312 of Building 4202) will be severely reduced effective December 22, 1995 as a result of the decision to conduct a non-competitive negotiation. Appointments to use the Vendor Library through December 22, 1995 may be made by contacting Mr. Michael McLean, (205) 544-0397 or Ms. Vicki Owens, (205) 544-0316. After December 22, 1995, the library will not contain technical data, only redacted copies of relevant space shuttle program contracts will remain.
