S. Navy Active Fleet Ships, U. S. Naval Reserve Training Ships under operational control of COMNAVSURFLANT will include Military Sealift Command chartered vessels. Shifting berth docking/undocking considered one evolution and also emergency assistance required. An indefinite delivery requirement type contract with fixed unit prices is comtemplated. The period of performance is for 10-12 months with four one year options. As required by and F.O.B. destination at NAB, Little Creek, Norfolk, VA. Closing date will be specified when solicitation is issued. Request for solicitation must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency.
