39 -- CASUALTY TRANSFER SYSTEM Contact Patricia J. Ledden, Contracting Officer, 618/256-6454. The government is requesting a response from any contractors who could provide a Casualty Transfer System (CTS). The Casualty Transfer System is used in uploading and downloading patients from a B-767 aircraft and must facilitate rapid, side transfer of litter patients from a height of approximately 13-15 feet at the side entrance doors of a B-767 to the ground. The CTS must be of sufficient width to accommodate litter patient and four litter bearers and also be stressed to simultaneously accommodate 3 litter patient with four litter bearers each. The CTS must be transportable, have side guard rails, all-weather capability, and be surfaced with non-skid material. All interested parties should submit their name, address, phone number, point of contact, and any relevant information relating to the CTS to the above address.
