Project involves removal and replacement of the hot and cold copper water lines, insulation, associated valves, and hardware for the interior plumbing of various duplex/single Military Family Housing units. Insulation on pipe does have asbestos containing material (ACM), and will have to be removed in accordance with appropriate ACM removal regulations. Water lines to be replaced are predominately within the crawl spaces of the individual units. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. Magnitude of the contract is between $250,000 and $500,000.
