Contractor required to have exhaustive knowledge of the ongoing research and development activitites of both the Electromagnetic Technology and the Optoelectronics Divisions of NIST's Electronic & Electrical Engieering Laboratory (EEEL). Contractor required to be familiar with the internal operating procedures of NIST and EEEL relevant to all tasks in order to meet the urgent need for immediate independent performance and to ensure an orderly transfer of the contructural functions.
