Contractor will be required to provide all employees, equipment, and supplies to perform barbershop services at the Noncommissioned Officers Club at Shaw AFB, SC. Contractor shall be required to give a negotiated percentage of daily sales to the Nonappropriated Funds facility. All major credit cards shall be accepted, with the contractor being responsible for all fees associated with credit card transactions. Contract shall be written for a base period of l year, with the possibility of four l year options. Interested contractors should, as early as possible, but no later than 31 Dec 95, indicate interest in the acquisition, by providing the contracting officer above, a written request to receive a copy of concessionaire solicitation.
