The Jet-A Fuel must comply with the American Society for Testings and Materials-D-1655 Specifications. The fuel quantity will be an estimated maximum of 100,000 gallons depending on the current price per gallon. It will be deliver to NASA Lewis Research Center on an as-needed basis in increments of 5,000 gallon trailer loads to replenish the used fuel. The term of this pending procurement will be one year with an option requirement to purchase an additional estimated maximum of 100,000 gallons per the Government's needs. The term of the option requirement will be one year if it is exercised. This procurement is being conducted under the NASA MidRange Pilot Test Program approved by the Office of Federal Procurement Policy on April 16, 1993. Destination is NASA LeRC. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
