Huddleston, Contract Specialist, 314-260-1206, Paulette Martin, Contracting Officer, 314-260-1206 The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and perform all work in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and drawings for the repair by replacement of the existing elevator intercom systems at Defense Mapping Agency, Building 36. This project will replace the existing elevator intercom system with new equipment and shall be capable of two way hands-free communication and meet all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Each elevator intercom shall have a recorded message identifying the location of the unit when emergency calls to the CCTV monitoring room as the primary monitoring/response station. The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The performance period for this project is 180 days. Copies of the solicitation will be provided in response to written or faxed requests.
