a requirement to fully support TEREDYNE L393-50 Test Equipment NSN
4920013706529WF. The intent is to purchase Commercial-Off-The Shelf
(COTS) Support Package for USAF owned COTS Special Test Equipment. This
Special Test Equipment is used in support of Critical Mission Avionics
Computer for the F-16 C/D Block 50/52 Suppression of Enemy Defence
(SEAD) Mission Aircraft. This entire support package is required to
maintain equipment used to repair the UPGRADED PROGRAMMABLE DISPLAY
GENERATOR (UPDG). The support package includes technical equipment,
maintenance support, test equipment replacement parts, software
development hardware, training of personnel and software licensing.
Package is required to support depot level testing of all UPDG Shop
Replaceable Units (SRUs). Hardware to be procured will decrease the
software development time and expand test capabilities while performing
fault diagnostics. Equipment must also be provided that will allow
software modeling to be used in conjunction with actual UUT components
to empirically measure the board state timing. Basic spares support
package to include the following part numbers: 1 each P/N 417-318-00,
D7 channel card kit; 1 ea P/N 417-316-00, period generator kit; 1 ea
P/N 417-316-10, phase generator kit; 1 ea P/N 417-341-00 A3 analog
channel card kit; 1 ea P/N 417-342-71 power supply kit (7V,15A); 1 ea
P/N 417-342-31 power supply kit (32V,3.75A). 1 year basic contract
period plus two one year options. To include all required

solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be
considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1), Justification: Supplies
(or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number
of responsible source(s) and no other type of supplies or services wil
satisfy agency requirements. The proposed contract action is for
supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and
negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources under the
authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest
and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This
notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However,
all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is
issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of
publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A
Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract
based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of
the Government. Information received will normally be considered
solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive
procurement. It is suggested that small business firms or others
interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the
described procurement make contact with the firm(s) listed. Requests
for copies of solicitations must reference the entire solicitation
number, including purchasing office identification number. To expedite
your request, limit the number of individual solicitation numbers
requested per letter to not more than 10. Don't request information on
