Contractor shall furnish, install and maintain equipment and provide training, technical assistance and consumable supplies to operate two (2) pH Blood Gas Analyzers, for use at the Department of Pathology, Weed Army Hospital, National Training Center, Fort Irwin, California. System or analyzers shall be provided on a basis in which the cost of tests performed covers the equipment, maintenance, training, reagents, calibrators, assayed controls and all consumable supplies. The contract period will be a base year plus 4 option years. Base year to commence on or about 01 October 1996.
